Job Description
- Recruitment Strategy & Execution
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for mid- to senior-level positions across business units.
- Collaborate with global hiring managers to define job requirements, candidate profiles, and selection criteria.
- Use data-driven insights to develop sourcing strategies and reduce time-to-fill.
- Sourcing & Candidate Management
- Leverage multiple sourcing channels, including job portals, employee referrals, and social networks.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Team Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
- Partner with HR business partners and global department heads to forecast talent needs.
- Guide, coach, and support talent acquisition partners and contractors; coordinate with third-party recruitment agencies when needed.
- Serve as a point of contact for hiring queries, budgets/forecasts, and recruitment metrics.
- Process Improvement & Reporting
- Optimize recruitment processes, tools, and systems for greater efficiency.
- Track key recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, offer acceptance rate) and provide regular updates to leadership.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and Indian labor laws.
- Represent the company at job fairs, industry events, and campus hiring drives.
- Create and maintain reports from the ATS (Applicant Tracking System) to support recruitment analytics and decision-making processes.
- Analyze and control India budget reporting, ensuring accuracy, alignment with corporate financial goals, and timely submission of required reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA/PGDM preferred.
- 8-12 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition lead, preferably within a mid- to large-size private equity, SaaS, or computer software organization.
- Proven experience hiring across multiple functions (e.g., technology, sales, operations).
- Strong understanding of the Indian labor market and employment regulations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Collaborate with global teams across regions to support cross-functional initiatives, share best practices, and drive alignment on key Talent Acquisition processes.
- Proficient with Workday Recruiter and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Accurate Background etc.).
- The ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a strong sense of urgency.
- Ability to manage your own requisitions and lead by example in meeting KPIs.
- Strong customer service orientation toward both candidates and internal stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a multinational or matrix organization.
- Prior experience managing or mentoring junior recruiters.
- Knowledge of diversity hiring best practices.
