- Employee Engagement & Culture Building. Make the workplace fun & inspiring Plan team events, activities, and celebrations.
- Shoot reels & create content to showcase company culture on social media.
- Recognize & appreciate employees through rewards & engagement programs.
- Performance & Payroll Management. Track employee performance & productivity with structured evaluation methods.
- Ensure timely salary processing and maintain clean payroll records.
- Implement KPI-based incentives & rewards to keep employees motivated.
- HR Strategy & Policies. Create & implement HR policies that align with company goals.
- Build a strong onboarding & training process for new employees.
- Handle grievances & conflict resolution professionally.
- What Were Looking For. 5+ years of HR experience (Talent Acquisition + Culture + Payroll).
