Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Manager, located in Vadodara. The Talent Acquisition Manager will be responsible for overseeing the recruitment process, identifying and attracting top talent, coordinating with hiring managers, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new employees. To design, drive & monitor end-to-end HR Process for the organization, and lead a motivated team to effectively deliver on key services of the organization and customer delight. The role also involves developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies, maintaining a candidate database, and evaluating the performance and success of recruitment efforts.

Qualifications

  • Daily communication ( both verbal and mail ) with users and maintaining a call log sheet. Strong understanding of talent acquisition and recruitment processes
  • Maintaining accurate MPS status of sites allotted
  • To ensure daily monitoring of duties and that they are uploaded to the attendance sheet
  • To ensure new joining and leaving employees at IOM
  • Ensure attendances are received before the 03rd of every month and approve after verification before processing for the billing and payroll process.
  • New joinees offer letter to be given in the same month, and in case of a new site, the offer letter to be taken for approval from the HR Head and Management.
  • Left employees Full and Final to be completed within 30 days, and an experience letter to be issued without the individual's request.
  • To approve held/ release / after verification, and salary advance to be given only after the 20th of any month.
  • Candidates and resumes to be verified and ensured before sending mail for the Personal Interview.
  • Ensure any vacancy is fulfilled within 15 days, and if not filled, the issue/reason is to be highlighted with the senior and management.
  • Ensuring a complete set of documents for the new joinee before allotting the employee code.
  • Experience with coordinating and communicating with hiring managers
  • Knowledge of developing and implementing recruitment strategies
  • Ability to evaluate the performance of recruitment efforts and maintain a candidate database
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience in the fire and safety industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
