Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive located at New Delhi, India.

This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about building relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving growth through strategic outreach and research.

 Key Responsibilities

Cold Calling: Initiate outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our services and generate interest.

Data Research: Conduct market research to identify prospective companies and decision-makers.

Business Generation: Develop and execute strategies to acquire new clients and expand business opportunities. (delegate participation)

Client Interaction: Engage with potential companies through calls, emails, and meetings to understand their needs and present tailored solutions.

Communication: Maintain clear and professional communication in English across all channels.

Reporting: Track progress, maintain records, and report on business development activities.

 Skills & Qualifications

Graduate in any discipline

Experience in 0–1 year in business development, sales, or related field (freshers are welcome)

Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written)

Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Strong research and analytical skills

Ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships
