Role & responsibilities:

  • Prepare and analyze standalone financial statements in accordance with IND AS.
  • Ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
  • Maintain and update accounting policies and procedures in line with IND AS requirements.
  • Liaise with external auditors and ensure smooth completion of statutory audits.
  • Perform variance analysis, reconciliations, and resolve discrepancies.
  • Monitor changes in IND AS regulations and assess their impact on financial reporting.
  • Support internal controls and compliance processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial data and insights.
  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and preparation of management reports.
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy in ERP and financial reporting systems.

Preferred candidate profile:

  • CA qualified with 0-2 years of relevant experience in financial reporting under IND AS.
  • CA Freshers who have done their articleship in auditing listed firms into financial reporting as per Ind AS can also apply
  • Strong understanding of Indian Accounting Standards, Companies Act, and related regulations.
  • Proficiency in Excel, financial reporting tools, and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.), Hyperion will be preferred
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage tight deadlines.
  • Immediate joiners will be given first preference
