What would you be required to do?  Assist the leadership team with financial trends, competitor behaviour, shareholder
issues, and other factors that could impact the business.  Monitor and analyze investment community sentiment and market trends to provide
actionable insights to the leadership team.  Prepare and maintain financial models to project future company performance and
support investor communications.  Develop and manage relationships with investors, analysts, and other financial
community members.  Prepare and distribute quarterly and annual financial and MIS reports, investor
presentations, and other communications.  Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of investor communications and feedback.  Serve as the primary point of contact for investor inquiries.  Review and supervise to ensure the legal and regulatory documents are filed and
monitor compliance with laws and regulations especially the ROC and fund raise
related compliances.  Assist Head – Finance & Accounts
o To oversee the company's fiscal activities including budgeting and financial
planning, quarterly financial reports.

o To oversee the cash flow plan and supervise financial transactions within and
outside the company.
o To define the future structure of Finance and Accounting
o To maintain accounting controls by establishing a chart of accounts and defining
accounting policies and procedures.
o To avoid legal challenges by understanding current and proposed legislation,
enforcing accounting regulations, and recommending new procedures.
Qualification:  B.Com / M.Com / MBA, cost accountancy course is preferred  10+ years of experience is preferable  Strong experience in Commercial Finance and Financial Analysis  Experience managing P&L as well as robust understanding of budgets  Excellent organization skills: ability to plan and organize work so that it is efficient
and effective  Excellent Microsoft Office skills  Experience in startups is an added advantage  Strong Networking and Communications kills
Work Timings:  Monday to Friday: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
 Saturday: 9:30 AM – 3:30 PM (Half Day)
