Key Responsibilities:

  • Day-to-day bookkeeping in Tally/TallyPrime.
  • Prepare & reconcile bank statements, ledgers, supplier accounts.
  • Manage vendor bills, verify GRN vs invoice, prepare payment schedules.
  • Assist in TDS entries and month-end closing.
  • Prepare basic MIS.
  • Coordinate with store & procurement for GRN/Bill matching.

Required Skills:

  • 3+ years accounting experience (preferably in construction/engineering/infra).
  • Strong MS Excel (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, SUMIFS).
  • Practical knowledge of Tally/TallyPrime.
  • Basic GST, TDS, and statutory accounting.
  • Attention to detail, ability to meet deadlines.
