Role & responsibilities

As a member of the Pricing team, you will play a key role in driving competitive and profitable pricing strategies for our transportation services. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Market & Trend Analysis: Study market dynamics, customer requirements, and competitor pricing to identify opportunities and challenges.
  • Pricing Strategy Development: Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Finance teams to design pricing models that balance competitiveness and profitability.
  • Profitability Evaluation: Assess the financial impact of pricing decisions and ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Benchmarking & Monitoring: Track industry benchmarks and conduct regular pricing reviews to keep our pricing structure relevant and competitive.
  • Revenue Optimization: Identify ways to maximize revenue streams through effective pricing adjustments.
  • Communication & Reporting: Present pricing strategies, analysis, and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner.

Key Skills & Requirements:

  • Strong analytical and numerical skills with high attention to detail
  • Proficiency in data analysis and financial modeling
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, and Finance teams
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Prior experience in logistics/transportation pricing (preferred)
