Job Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-driven Telesales Executive with experience in the real estate industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, understanding their property requirements, and generating qualified leads for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote residential and commercial real estate projects.
  • Understand customer needs and suggest suitable property options.
  • Convert inquiries into qualified leads and schedule site visits.
  • Maintain and update the lead database regularly.
  • Follow up with clients via phone, email, and WhatsApp for conversions.
  • Coordinate with the field sales team for appointments and feedback.
  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and lead generation targets.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and maintain client relationships.

Key Skills Required:

  • Strong communication and convincing skills (Hindi & English).
  • Good knowledge of real estate projects, property types, and locations.
  • Ability to handle client queries confidently and professionally.
  • Target-oriented and self-motivated.
  • Basic computer proficiency (CRM, Excel, Google Sheets).

Qualification:

  • Minimum 12th pass or Graduate in any stream.
  • Prior experience in real estate telesales or tele calling (6 months to 1 year) is mandatory.
