Job Description:
- 3-10 years of experience in US Staffing and Recruitment acquiring direct clients in Sales and Business Development (and not Tier1 vendors or implementation partners).
- Possess a wealth of experience in cold calling and deal-making.
- Possess a track record of establishing and attaining challenging goals.
- Possess a thorough knowledge of Non IT fields.
- Management of new opportunities, both new and existing ones, including future activity forecasting, service offering expansion, and investigation of new opportunities within current clients/new clients.
