This role bridges strategy and execution by supporting product development, market research, promotional planning, and coordination with internal teams to ensure product success in a competitive market.Key Responsibilities:1. Product Strategy & Market InsightsAssist in formulating product strategies based on current trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.Conduct in-depth market research, customer segmentation, and competitor analysis.Identify new opportunities for product expansion or repositioning.2. Marketing Content & Promotional PlanningCollaborate with the clinical/medical team to create brochures, flyers, visual aids, digital assets, and campaign content.Coordinate with agency for timely development of promotional material.Support the execution of marketing campaigns (print, digital, on-ground) across geographies.3. Sales Enablement & Training SupportCreate training presentations, product monographs, FAQs, and objection-handling tools for the sales team.Work closely with field teams to understand their challenges and develop support tools accordingly.Organize and support sales team meetings, product launches, and customer engagement activities.Train sales team on usage of promotional material· Min 5 days of field work with interaction with KOLs and KBLs.5. Product Performance TrackingMonitor KPIs such as sales volume, market share, and campaign effectiveness.Maintain dashboards and reports for review.Gather feedback from customers and field teams to support continuous product improvement.6. Operational SupportMaintain accurate product documentation, data sheets, and marketing collaterals.Track inventory of promotional materials and coordinate courier dispatches as needed.Help manage vendor relationships, budget tracking, PO generation and invoice processing.What We're Looking For:Bachelor's or master's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Marketing, or Business1–3 years of experience in product management, brand management, or sales/marketing coordinationStrong communication and coordination skillsDetail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasksProficiency in MS PowerPoint, Excel, and marketing tools
