Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Acquire high-end Current & Savings Accounts through open market leads and achieve monthly CASA targets.
  • Ensure complete adherence to KYC & AML guidelines during customer acquisition.
  • Handle customer onboarding smoothly and coordinate with the branch team for transition.
  • Drive customer activation by ensuring balance maintenance and promoting digital banking usage.
  • Generate leads through field activities and market visits.
  • Cross-sell banking products by coordinating with Branch Manager and product teams (Trade, FX, CMS/DSB, etc.) to offer suitable business solutions.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20, ₹40,000.00 per month
