Role Overview
The Sales Executive will be responsible for developing, onboarding, and managing dealers across India. This role demands extensive travel, proactive relationship building, and a proven ability to drive sales through a dealer/distribution network.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and expand the dealer network across India, identifying new and potential business partners.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing dealers to ensure continued growth.
- Drive sales through dealer promotion and engagement.
- Travel extensively across India to meet dealers, conduct presentations, and close business deals.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets and report performance to management.
- Negotiate margins, credit terms, and annual targets with dealers
- Gather market intelligence, competitor activities, and feedback from dealers to refine sales strategies.
- Identifying emerging markets and dealer opportunities.
- Provide after-sales support and ensure dealer satisfaction through timely service and communication.
Preferred candidate profile
Desired Candidate Profile & Requirements
- Gender: Male (preferred).
- Age Range: 28 to 34 years.
- Experience: 45 years of B2B sales/distribution experience, ideally in the automotive, accessories, or lifestyle retail and distribution sectors.
- Strong track record in developing dealer networks and driving sales growth.
- Excellent Negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication English & Hindi.
- Ability and willingness to travel extensively across India.
- Data-driven mindset using sales reports, forecasting, and market demand to plan strategy.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
- Flexible and adaptive able to work in a niche but growing industry.
- Event participation/management skills (bike rallies, trade fairs, dealer meets).
