Our technology services client is seeking multiple
Ansible Automation Engineer
to join their team on a contract basis. These positions offer a strong potential for conversion to full-time employment upon completion of the initial contract period. Below are further details about the role:

Role: Ansible Automation Engineer

Experience: 6+ Years

Location: Pune

Notice Period: Immediate- 15 Days

Mandatory Skills: Ansible Infrastructure, Ansible Automation Platform, Red Hat, VMware Integration.

Job Description:

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Review the new non-production Ansible infrastructure setup and associated documentation
  • Propose any enhancements
  • Implement Ansible infrastructure configurations in the non-production environment which are recommended and accepted by the Unit Head
  • Review the non-production implementation and suggest changes to the architecture that would include high availability and DR
  • Implement the HA and DR architecture if approved by the Unit Head
  • Integrate Ansible with the VMware Infrastructure for virtual machine automation
  • Write well structured and commented playbooks for automations as approved by the Unit Head
  • Propose a solution for monitoring, logging and reporting of Ansible operations.
  • Once the non-production platform is finalized, document the architecture and deployment process for production
  • Deploy the Ansible production environment based on the non-production environment
  • Create a process for moving automation from non-production to production

Experience Required:

  • Red Hat Certified Administrator/Engineer ,Ansible Certified (e.g. AU374, EX374, DO467, DO417)
  • Experience with Ansible AAP 2.5 or higher (Containerized version)
  • General IT Infrastructure knowledge
