About the Role

Are you ready to power the future of industrial automation? We're looking for talented and motivated PLC Automation Engineers to join our rapidly growing team at SAS Automation Pvt. Ltd.

In this role, you'll be responsible for end-to-end design, programming, commissioning, and troubleshooting of automation systems across multiple industries. You'll work closely with our project and customer teams to deliver state-of-the-art solutions using PLC, HMI, SCADA, and VFD technologies from leading global brands.

Key Responsibilities

·       Programming and commissioning of PLC systems (Siemens, ABB, Mitsubishi, Allen-Bradley, Delta, LS).

·       Development, configuration, and testing of HMI & SCADA systems (WinCC, Zenon, CHMI, PCVue, Iconics).

·       VFD configuration and commissioning (ABB, Siemens, Inovance, Delta).

·       Designing of electrical and control system drawings using AutoCAD / EPLAN.

·       Integration of field instruments, sensors, and actuators with PLC/SCADA systems.

·       Working with industrial communication protocols such as MODBUS, Profibus, Profinet, OPC, MQTT, and Ethernet/IP.

·       Site commissioning, system testing, and troubleshooting during project execution.

·       Coordination with design, procurement, and QA teams to ensure timely project delivery.

·       Preparing and maintaining project documentation, FAT/SAT reports, and technical support manuals.

·       Providing technical training and customer support during and after installation.

·       Ensuring all work complies with SAS Automation quality, safety, and industry standards.

Qualifications & Experience

·       Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Electrical, Instrumentation, or Electronics Engineering.

· –5 years of experience in industrial automation projects (PLC, HMI, SCADA, VFD, SERVO System, DCS).

·       Sound understanding of control panel design, instrumentation, and process automation.

·       Proficiency in Siemens TIA Portal, ABB Control Builder ,GXworks, Zenon, CHMI, PcVue .

·       Willingness to travel extensively across India and abroad for commissioning activities.

·       Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
