Job Summary:

Job Title: Senior Full-Stack Engineer / Tech Lead

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled and client-focused Full-Stack Engineer with strong technical expertise and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in developing commercial applications, managing end-to-end technical solutions, and collaborating directly with clients and cross-functional teams. This role requires a proactive, solution-oriented individual who can work independently, manage time effectively, and deliver technically accurate outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

·      Engage directly with clients to understand business requirements, provide technical insights, and ensure smooth project delivery.

·      Design, develop, and maintain commercial-grade applications across front-end and back-end technologies.

·      Develop and automate workflows using Python, Ansible, WSL, and containerization technologies.

·      Build and optimize applications using .NET Core, C#, SQL Server, Angular, and WPF.

·      Work with cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure, ensuring scalable and secure deployments.

·      Utilize GitHub, Azure DevOps, and related CI/CD tools for version control, build, and release management.

·      Leverage tools like Google Analytics and Dynatrace to monitor application performance and user behavior.

·      Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing systems for performance, reliability, and scalability.

·      Collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment between business needs and technical solutions.

Required Skills & Experience

·      Strong client-facing experience with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

·      Proven commercial application development experience.

·      Experience working in agile environments with continuous integration and deployment practices.

·      Can Lead a team of a small team of developers.

·      Customer interaction, requirement understanding, technical analysis, task assignment and status update to customer.

·      Taking part in upskilling resources, innovation and ideas.

·      Client facing experience, Good Communication.

·      Commercial application development experience
