Role & Responsibilities

  • Learning Restaurant Operations: Gain hands-on experience across food preparation, customer service, and restaurant operations.
  • Shift Management: Assist in managing shifts to ensure smooth functioning, optimal staffing, and adherence to company standards.
  • Team Leadership: Develop leadership skills by motivating, guiding, and supporting team members while fostering a positive workplace culture.
  • Customer Service: Deliver exceptional guest experiences by handling customer queries, ensuring satisfaction, and resolving complaints.
  • Financial Management: Learn about financial controls, inventory management, cost optimization, and reporting to support restaurant profitability.
  • Compliance: Adhere to food safety, hygiene, health & safety regulations, and company policies.
  • Training & Development: Participate in structured training programs and gradually take on responsibilities for training and developing team members.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Education: Graduate in management stream (results for final semester must be declared).
  • Experience: Freshers or candidates with 01 year of work experience in any field.

  • Proof of Graduation Completion (copy of final semester mark sheet or degree certificate)

  • Age: 18 years-25 Years

  • Good communication skills, willingness to work in shifts, and passion for the food & service industry.
