As anEvent Management Trainee, you will embark on a hands-on journey, learning the ins and outs of the industry under the guidance of the founder Ria Azad.Key Responsibilities: • Assist in the planning and execution of weddings and events, from concept to completion. • Collaborate with the design team on stage and decor planning. • Support and learn guest relations and ensure a seamless experience for clients and guests. • Learn the fundamentals of event logistics, vendor coordination, and on-ground management. • Engage in training sessions and mentorship to develop your skills.What We Offer: • Comprehensive training and mentorship from Ria and the Mandap Martini team. • Exposure to all facets of event planning and design. • Opportunities for career advancement within Mandap Martini.
