Reporting to: Finance Manager CFO

Key Responsibilities:

1. Accounts Management:

- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of financial statements, balance sheets, profit and

loss accounts, and other financial reports.

- Handle accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payment and collections.

- Process vendor invoices and ensure proper documentation and approval procedures are

followed.

- Reconcile bank statements and accounts, resolving any discrepancies.

2. Financial Reporting & Analysis:

- Assist in the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial reports for internal and external

stakeholders.

- Help track and report on the company's financial performance, focusing on cost control and

revenue growth.

- Assist with the budget preparation process, providing relevant financial data and analysis.

3. Taxation & Compliance:

- Assist in the preparation of GST returns, tax filing, and other statutory compliance activities.

- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.

4. Cash Flow & Audit Support:

- Monitor cash flow and assist in managing liquidity.

- Support the audit process by providing required documentation and explanations for audit

queries.

5. General Finance Support:

- Provide administrative support to the finance team.

- Assist in internal audits, financial reconciliations, and month-end/year-end closing.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting (CA Inter/ICWA Inter preferred).
  • Experience: 2-4 years of experience in accounting, finance, or a similar role in an FMCG or manufacturing setting.
  • Knowledge: Good understanding of financial accounting, taxation, and compliance.

Skills:

  • Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, SAP, etc.), Microsoft Excel, and financial reporting.
  • Other: Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work under tight deadlines
