Educational Qualification: MBA / Post Graduate

Role Overview

The Cluster Head (Individual Contributor) will be responsible for acquiring, advising, and managing High Net Worth (HNI/UHNI) clients, providing end-to-end wealth management solutions. The role focuses on relationship management, portfolio advisory, and achieving AUM growth while collaborating with internal experts to deliver holistic financial solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, acquire, and manage HNI / UHNI clients with a focus on long-term relationship building and AUM growth.
  • Understand clients' detailed investment goals and design comprehensive asset allocation and wealth management plans.
  • Advise clients across asset classes — Equity, Debt, Mutual Funds, Alternate Assets, and Structured Products.
  • Provide strategic investment guidance with the support of in-house experts in Corporate Finance, M&A, and Private Equity.
  • Manage clients' overall investment portfolios, ensuring diversification, optimal returns, and compliance.
  • Coordinate with internal product, research, and operations teams for customized client solutions.
  • Maintain high standards of client servicing and ensure consistent delivery on financial and advisory commitments.

Skills & Experience Required

  • Strong knowledge of Equities (must), Mutual Funds, Tax Planning, Financial Planning, Fixed Income, and Alternate Investments.
  • Proven experience in advising HNI clients across asset classes.
  • Prior experience as a Relationship Manager / Wealth Manager in a Private Banking or Wealth Management setup.
  • Strong track record of achieving AUM and revenue targets individually.
  • Excellent understanding of financial markets, investment products, and client profiling.
