Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors in a warm, professional manner.
- Answer, screen, and forward phone calls to the appropriate departments.
- Maintain the reception area's cleanliness and professional appearance.
- Handle inquiries in person, over the phone, and via email.
- Schedule and confirm appointments or meetings.
- Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages.
- Manage visitor logs and issue visitor passes as needed.
- Provide basic administrative support such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist in travel arrangements or other front desk tasks as assigned.
