Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Thermo Fisher Sample Manager LIMS Developer to join the Labcorp project. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements, design and develop technical solutions, and maintain LIMS applications throughout the software development lifecycle. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring solutions are efficient, compliant with company standards, and aligned with IT strategies.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement enhancements in Thermo Fisher Sample Manager LIMS.

Analyze requirements from internal and external clients, providing optimal solutions.

Ensure timely delivery of solutions adhering to company SOPs and quality standards.

Maintain daily system support and development activities.

Participate in design reviews, peer code reviews, and unit testing.

Manage the full software lifecycle including design, coding, testing, deployment, and maintenance.

Provide technical support to project teams and clients.

Accurately estimate development efforts and timelines.

Document system modifications and enhancements.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must-Have:

10+ years development & configuration experience in Thermo Fisher Sample Manager LIMS.

Strong proficiency in C#, .NET, VGL.

Expertise in Sample Manager LIMS reporting and workflow design.

Skilled in Oracle and SQL (queries, stored procedures).

Ability to integrate DevOps capabilities into LIMS applications.

On-call availability for global operational support.

Certified technical professional in relevant technology.

Preferred:

Agile methodology exposure.

Knowledge of laboratory testing workflows.

Familiarity with ALM for unit testing and peer review.

Strong coding principles and best practices.
