Key Responsibilities

  • Manage, test, and improve Japture's digital learning platforms and systems
  • Work on data configuration, integrations, and automation tools
  • Coordinate with product and content teams to ensure smooth tech workflows
  • Monitor system performance and assist with platform documentation
  • Research and evaluate new technologies that can enhance user experience

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Basic understanding of web technologies, APIs, or learning management systems (LMS)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn
  • Good communication and coordination skills
