Job Description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and the ability to handle inbound and outbound calls efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain products/services.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
  • Maintain records of calls and customer feedback in the CRM system.
  • Follow up with interested clients and schedule appointments or demos.
  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal communication skills in [English/Hindi/Regional language].
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM software).
  • Positive attitude and ability to handle rejections.
  • Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service preferred but not mandatory.
  • Work with Indiamart, Tradeindia & JustDial.
  • Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate / Post Graduate

Salary & Benefits:

  • Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹20,000 per month (based on experience)

Working Hours:

9:30 AM to 6:00 PM (Monday to Saturday) | Weekly off: Sunday
