About Us

At Sk Ayurveda, we are committed to promoting health and wellness through our premium herbal medicine products. We’re looking for dynamic Telesales Executives who are passionate about Ayurveda and have a knack for persuasive communication.

Key Responsibilities
- Outbound Calling: Contact potential customers to introduce and promote herbal medicine products.
- Product Knowledge: Share detailed benefits and uses of our herbal offerings.
- Sales Conversion: Convince and convert leads into satisfied customers.
- Customer Engagement: Build strong relationships with customers, handle inquiries, and resolve concerns.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and follow-ups.

**Qualifications**:

- Education: Minimum 12th pass.
- Experience: 0-3 years (preferable experience in BPO or telesales).
- Age Range: 18-30 years.

Desired Skills
- Communication: Strong verbal skills in Hindi or English.
- Persuasion: Confidence and ability to influence purchase decisions.
- Customer-Centric Approach: Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Eager Learner: Willingness to acquire in-depth knowledge about our herbal products.
- Adaptability: Handle queries and objections with ease and professionalism.
