We are seeking an energetic, professional, and well-spoken candidate who can counsel students for overseas education opportunities, manage application processes, support marketing & sales initiatives, and assist with administrative work for our partner platform MatesHealth.

Key Responsibilities

Student Counseling & Admissions

  • Counsel students on available study options abroad (Australia, UK, Canada, etc.)
  • Understand student requirements and guide them on course selection, eligibility, and pathways.
  • Handle end-to-end application lodgment including documentation and follow-ups.
  • Maintain student interaction records and update CRM/trackers.\

Marketing & Sales

  • Support lead generation activities via social media, WhatsApp outreach, and events.
  • Represent the organization in online/offline seminars or counseling sessions.
  • Engage with educational institutions, consultants, and prospective clients to build relationships.
  • Assist in preparing marketing content / promotion messages along with the team.

MatesHealth Administrative Support

  • Coordinate with the MatesHealth operations & social media team.
  • Assist with documentation, scheduling, communication, and general admin support.
  • Ensure timely follow-ups and smooth internal coordination.

Required Skills

  • Strong communication in English + Hindi (local language advantage).
  • Pleasant personality and professional presentation.
  • Confidence in speaking with students and parents.
  • Understanding of Microsoft Office, email etiquette, and follow-ups.
  • Ability to handle responsibilities independently and meet timelines.
  • Proactive, organized, and growth-oriented outlook.
