Role Overview
We are hiring a
Student Counsellor
with
2+ years of experience
in counseling, mentoring, or academic guidance. The counsellor will guide students in choosing the right career path and help them enroll in the institute's programs.
Responsibilities
- Counsel students on career paths and suggest the right IT courses
- Communicate effectively to build trust and motivate students
- Follow up with inquiries and ensure successful enrollments
- Maintain records of leads, sessions, and admissions
- Collaborate with the training and placement teams for student support
Requirements
- Minimum
2 years of experience
in student counseling / academic advising / telecounseling - Communicate clearly in
English and Telugu (mandatory)
to connect with diverse students - Ability to persuade and guide students confidently
- Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to achieve enrollment targets
- Empathetic and approachable personality
