Bachelor's degree or Postgraduate degree in Human Resources

Role Objective

The Assistant Manager – HR Support will play a key role in executing daily HR operational tasks and supporting the seamless delivery of core HR processes. This position is responsible for ensuring accurate data management, reporting, and employee lifecycle support, while maintaining compliance and improving internal HR systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Compile and maintain various HR reports and dashboards
  • Generate periodic data reports and metrics analysis for leadership and internal stakeholders
  • Prepare and consolidate monthly attendance reports to determine payable days
  • Monitor and manage internal HR systems and databases such as
    PeopleWorks
    and
    Oracle
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth employee experience
  • Address and manage employee grievances professionally and confidentially
  • Handle ad-hoc tasks related to attendance tracking and management
  • Maintain and update employee personal files and dossiers
  • Respond promptly to employee queries and provide resolution in a timely manner
  • Review and update employment contracts and agreements in line with company policies and legal requirements
  • Conduct HR data analysis and present insights or recommendations to support decision-making

Preferred Experience

  • Hands-on experience with
    HRIS systems
    (e.g., PeopleWorks, Oracle)
  • Background as an
    HR Specialist
    or in a similar HR operational role

Technical Skills

  • Proficient in
    Microsoft Office Suite
