We work with B2B clients, particularly in the US, helping them reach their target audience through compelling content and data-driven strategies. We focus on generating high-quality leads without relying on ads.
We're seeking a driven Process Manager to own and optimize our LinkedIn marketing pipeline. This role involves managing end-to-end lead generation processes, engaging with prospects, and ensuring seamless handoffs to the sales team. You will also coordinate with clients and internal teams to deliver measurable outcomes while maintaining organized workflows. This role blends strategy and execution both overseeing processes and personally engaging with prospects.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Develop, refine, and execute contextual commenting strategies that drive qualified leads through LinkedIn.
Personalized Outreach: Craft targeted messages, manage follow-ups, and nurture prospects into meaningful conversations.
Client Management: Collaborate with clients to align lead generation strategies with their goals and provide regular updates on progress and outcomes.
Lead Qualification: Efficiently qualify leads via LinkedIn chat, probing business needs and budget to determine next steps.
Understanding of US Processes: Align lead generation strategies with US market standards and business practices to effectively engage prospects in the region.
AI Automation: Utilize AI-powered tools to streamline outreach efforts, automate repetitive tasks, and enhance lead generation efficiency.
Process Oversight: Ensure consistent updates in CRM and internal trackers to maintain full visibility on lead status, follow-up schedules, and outcomes.
Collaboration & Handoffs: Coordinate with sales and client teams to schedule calls with qualified leads, providing all necessary context.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
Volume of high-quality leads sourced through LinkedIn. Conversion rate from chat engagement to qualified lead status. Organizing and timely updation in CRM/trackers with accuracy. Successful handoff rate of leads moving from qualification to scheduled calls.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in LinkedIn marketing or demand generation.
Track record of creating and managing lead generation campaigns.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficiency with CRM tools and process tracking.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving requirements.
