Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Sr.Developer with 8 to 12 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Data Governance Metadata Management and other key technical skills. This role involves working in a hybrid model with a focus on data management and integration across various platforms. The candidate will contribute to enhancing our data infrastructure ensuring seamless data flow and accessibility and supporting our Property & Casualty Insurance domain.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design development and implementation of data governance frameworks to ensure data quality and compliance across the organization.
  • Oversee Metadata Management processes to maintain accurate and consistent metadata across systems.
  • Provide expertise in Data Catalog and Manage Metadata Service to enhance data discoverability and usability.
  • Implement Cloud Data Profiling to assess data quality and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and manage Cross-System Lineage to ensure data traceability and transparency.
  • Utilize AWS and Azure platforms to optimize data storage and processing capabilities.
  • Integrate Snowflake solutions to enhance data warehousing and analytics capabilities.
  • Design and implement ETL processes to ensure efficient data extraction transformation and loading.
  • Utilize SQL for data querying and manipulation to support business intelligence and reporting needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data management strategies with business objectives.
  • Ensure data security and privacy compliance in all data management activities.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to team members to foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of data management practices to drive organizational success.

Qualifications

  • Possess a strong understanding of data governance principles and practices.
  • Demonstrate expertise in Metadata Management and related tools.
  • Have experience with Data Catalog and Manage Metadata Service for data management.
  • Be proficient in Cloud Data Profiling and Cross-System Lineage techniques.
  • Show proficiency in AWS Azure and Snowflake platforms for data solutions.
  • Have a solid understanding of ETL processes and SQL for data manipulation.
  • Experience in Property & Casualty Insurance domain is a plus.
