Role: Informatica IDMC

Experience: 6 to 9 Years

Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Informatica IDMC Developer to design, develop, and maintain cloud-based data integration and ETL solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in Informatica Intelligent Data Management Cloud (IDMC), including Cloud Data Integration (CDI), Cloud Application Integration (CAI), and Cloud Data Quality (CDQ), along with a solid background in data warehousing and cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain ETL/ELT workflows using Informatica IDMC components (CDI, CAI, CDQ).
  • Integrate data from various on-premises and cloud data sources into cloud data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, Azure Synapse).
  • Build data pipelines to support analytics, reporting, and data migration projects.
  • Work with Informatica Cloud Mapping Designer, Taskflows, and Parameterization for scalable solutions.
  • Collaborate with data architects and business teams to translate requirements into technical designs.
  • Optimize data integration processes for performance, scalability, and cost efficiency.
  • Implement data quality rules, validation, and profiling using Informatica Cloud Data Quality (CDQ).
  • Support data governance and security practices within the IDMC environment.
  • Troubleshoot, monitor, and maintain production workflows and schedules.
  • Document solutions, data flow diagrams, and deployment procedures.

Required Technical Skills:

  • Strong hands-on experience with Informatica IDMC (Informatica Cloud, IICS, CDI, CAI, CDQ).
  • Solid understanding of ETL/ELT design patterns, data modeling, and performance optimization.
  • Expertise in SQL and relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, etc.).
  • Experience with cloud data platforms – AWS (S3, Redshift), GCP (BigQuery), or Azure (Synapse).
  • Familiarity with API-based integrations and REST/SOAP web services using Informatica CAI.
  • Good understanding of data governance, metadata management, and data security concepts.
  • Experience with job scheduling, monitoring tools, and version control (Git).
