Key Responsibilities:

  • Visitor & Client Management: Greet and assist visitors, vendors, and clients professionally, ensuring smooth check-in and check-out processes.
  • Reception Operations: Maintain a well-organized front desk and reception area, ensuring a welcoming environment.
  • Communication Handling: Manage incoming calls, emails, and messages using ERP-integrated systems for logging and tracking.
  • SAP/ERP Coordination: Support basic SAP/ERP tasks such as data entry, ticket logging, and workflow routing in coordination with IT and HR teams.
  • Meeting & Scheduling: Coordinate meeting room bookings and maintain schedules using ERP calendar tools.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Assist in generating front desk reports and logs using ERP modules.
  • Collaboration: Liaise with HR, IT, and Admin departments to ensure smooth office operations and system updates.
  • Issue Resolution: Identify and escalate system-related issues (e.g., login problems, access requests) to the IT support team.

Required Qualifications:

  • Educational Background: Graduate degree in any discipline; certification in office administration or ERP systems is a plus.
  • Technical Expertise:
  • Familiarity with SAP or other ERP platforms (basic navigation and data entry).
  • Proficiency in MS Office and office equipment.
  • Customer Service Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a professional demeanor.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain accurate records.
  • Communication: Clear verbal and written communication skills, especially for handling internal and external queries.
  • Problem-Solving: Basic troubleshooting skills for front desk and ERP-related issues.
  • Team Collaboration: Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams and support administrative workflows.
