Job Description :-

  • Billing Management: Oversee and manage the entire billing process for residential construction projects, ensuring accuracy, compliance with contract terms, and timely billing cycle completion.
  • Cost Estimation: Prepare detailed cost estimates for various stages of construction projects, including assessments of materials, labor, and equipment.
  • Site Coordination: Collaborate with project managers and site engineers to verify on-site quantities for billing and cost estimation purposes.
  • Contract Administration: Assist in the review and preparation of contracts, ensuring that all terms are aligned with project and billing requirements.
  • Progress Tracking: Monitor project progress and update billing records accordingly, ensuring alignment with financial budgets and forecasts.
  • Software Proficiency: Auto-CAD, MS-Office

Key Requirements

  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in billing engineering within the real estate or construction industry, specifically in residential sector.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, B.Tech/B.E., or a relevant degree.
  • Immediate Availability: Ability to join immediately is a key requirement.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with large-scale residential projects
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹400, ₹500,000.00 per year
