Job Vacancy: Experienced Packing Staff (FMCG/Manufacturing)

Location: Oman Experience Required: 2 - 5 Years in FMCG or Related Manufacturing

We are a rapidly growing manufacturing company in Oman and are looking for highly motivated and experienced Packing Staff to join our production team. If you have proven experience in fast-paced production or FMCG environments and are committed to quality and efficiency, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and monitor semi-automatic and automated packaging machinery (e.g., fillers, sealers, labelers).
  • Perform manual packing, sealing, and labeling of finished FMCG products according to precise company and quality standards.
  • Conduct visual inspections of products and packaging materials for defects, ensuring only high-quality items proceed for dispatch.
  • Accurately record production data, including output volume, packing material usage, and any defects or downtime.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with all Hygiene, Quality, and Safety (HACCP/GMP) protocols.
  • Assist with inventory management of packing materials and finished goods as required.
  • Load and unload raw materials and finished product cartons/pallets, following safe handling procedures.
  • Collaborate effectively with production, quality control, and warehouse teams to ensure seamless workflow and on-time dispatch.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 to 5 years of proven experience as a Packer, Line Operator, or similar role within the FMCG, Food & Beverage, or related manufacturing industry is essential.
  • Demonstrable understanding of packing line operations, quality checks, and safe machinery operation.
  • Ability to read, understand, and adhere to written work instructions and safety procedures.
  • Must be physically fit to stand for long periods, lift and move moderate loads, and work in a dynamic factory environment.
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on product quality and accuracy.
  • Excellent work ethic, punctuality, and a strong commitment to team goals.
  • Basic knowledge of spoken and written English is a strong advantage.
