Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Success Lead, located in Hyderabad. The Customer Success Lead will be responsible for ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, managing customer support activities, analyzing customer feedback, and providing exceptional customer service. Daily tasks include handling customer inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining strong communication with clients to enhance their overall experience with LegUp.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field (preferred, not mandatory).
  • 1–3 years of experience in lead generation, telecalling, inside sales, or customer service.
  • Excellent verbal communication in
    English
    and
    local languages
    (Telugu, or Hindi)
  • Strong listening and persuasive skills.
  • Basic knowledge of healthcare/home care industry is a plus.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools.
