Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Project Engineer based in Gurugram. The Project Engineer will oversee project planning, coordination, and execution, ensuring the successful implementation of solar power projects. The role includes preparing project schedules, managing budgets, conducting technical evaluations, and liaising with stakeholders. The individual will also ensure compliance with engineering standards and provide hands-on support during the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Project Engineering, Project Planning, and Project Management
  • Solid foundation in Electrical Engineering principles and practices
  • Effective Communication skills for stakeholder and team coordination
  • Ability to work on-site and manage field operations under project constraints
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related fields
  • Experience in the solar or renewable energy sector is a plus
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to dynamic project requirements

Experience: 2-3 year mandatory experience in solar industry with solar project capacity of 500 kw - 5MW.
