Position Title: Regional Sales Manager East & West Godavari

Location: Rajahmundry / Kakinada / Amalapuram belt (covering East & West Godavari)

Reporting To: Director (YK Laboratories)

Key Responsibilities

  • • Sales & Business Growth
  • • Drive sales of YK LABORATORIES -Organic input portfolio (paddy vaayuu yantra organic granules , Fost rootex etc.. crop protectors, organic formulations) across vegetables & horticulture crops.
  • • Achieve monthly sales & collection targets for East & West Godavari region.
  • • Market Development
  • • Expand dealer/distributor network, ensure product availability in key mandals & horticulture clusters.
  • • Strengthen YK brand visibility in chilli, tomato, brinjal, banana, papaya, turmeric, and other horticulture crops.
  • • Farmer Engagement
  • • Conduct farmer meetings, field demos, dealer meets, and crop-specific training sessions.
  • • Promote YK products as safe, residue-free solutions for vegetables and fruits.
  • • Team & Dealer Management
  • • Lead & guide sales officers/field assistants in the region.
  • • Regular training for dealer staff on crop-specific usage and USP of YK products.
  • • Market Intelligence
  • • Monitor competitor products, pricing, and farmer trends in Godavari districts.
  • • Submit weekly reports on sales performance and field activities.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • • Graduate/Post Graduate in Agriculture / Agri-Business / Life Sciences.
  • • 5+ years experience in agri-input sales (fertilizers, pesticides , crop protection).
  • • Strong network with dealers, distributors, and progressive farmers in East & West Godavari.
  • • Excellent communication in Telugu & English.
  • • Energetic, self-driven, willing to travel extensively within both districts.
