Role Overview:
We are seeking an energetic, proactive, and digitally savvy Assistant Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about driving marketing operations, generating leads, managing digital channels, and ensuring seamless coordination between marketing and sales functions.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Campaign Management
- Plan, execute, and monitor lead generation campaigns via email and WhatsApp.
- Work with Salesforce CRM to track leads, analyze pipeline performance, and support conversion efforts.
Content Creation & Digital Marketing
- Collaborate on social media content strategies (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.).
- Oversee creation and publishing of marketing content, including posts, blogs, newsletters, reels, and marketing collateral.
Website Management
- Manage and update the company website (content, banners, landing pages) to ensure it remains fresh, relevant, and aligned with campaign goals.
- Coordinate with web developers or agencies to implement new features, optimize performance, and improve user experience.
- Track website traffic, engagement, and conversion rates, providing regular insights and recommendations.
Marketing Operations & Coordination
- Serve as the central link between the creative team, sales team, and external agencies.
- Support the execution of marketing events and sponsorships.
- Manage day-to-day marketing tasks including asset delivery, approvals, timelines, and reporting.
Data Management & Reporting
- Track marketing KPIs, compile performance reports, and provide actionable insights.
- Ensure the marketing database (CRM, contacts, campaign lists) is up to date and effectively segmented.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (Master's preferred).
2–4 years of experience in marketing operations, digital marketing, or a similar role.
Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred).
Strong knowledge of social media marketing, email marketing tools, and lead generation strategies.
Excellent organizational, multitasking, and project management skills.
Strong communication and coordination abilities to work effectively across teams.
Creative mindset with a keen eye for content, design, and messaging.
