Role & responsibilities
Lead Generation & Sales Conversion:
Identify potential customers (homeowners, builders, interior designers) through various sources like scanning/reference
- Follow up on walk-ins, tele-enquiries, and online leads shared by MyHome or the channel partner.
Explain product features, benefits, and customization options of MyHome uPVC windows and other solutions
Product Presentation & Site Visits:
Conduct product demos using sample kits or MyHome collaterals.
- Visit customer sites for measurements and basic assessments (with or without installation team).
Collaborate with the MyHome team for technical support if required.
Order Coordination:
Prepare and share quotations using Masterkey (C-Connect)
- Achieving monthly targets.
- Coordinate order finalization, payment follow-ups, and documentation.
Ensure timely delivery and installation in coordination with the backend team.
Architect Engagement:
Visit local architects and designers regularly to promote MyHome solutions.
- Share samples, brochures, and technical data as needed.
Build strong relationships and work closely on influencer-led enquiries till closure.
Reporting & Feedback:
Maintain daily call reports and lead status in the Masterkey
- Regularly share feedback from market, competition, and customer pain points.
Preferred candidate profile
Key Skills Required:
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Basic knowledge of construction/ fenestration (WINDOWS) industry preferred
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
- Sales-driven mindset with a customer-first approach
- Basic digital skills (WhatsApp, email, basic Excel)
Qualifications:
- Graduate (any stream)
- experience in retail/building materials sales
- Two wheeler
