About the Role

We're hiring a HubSpot Marketing Specialist on behalf of our client - a fast-scaling tech company headquartered in Gurgaon.

The selected candidate will be on ConRoar's payroll and will work full-time with the client's marketing team to execute inbound and lifecycle marketing campaigns via HubSpot.

You'll play a pivotal role in setting up and optimizing marketing automation workflows, improving lead quality, and ensuring seamless CRM alignment between marketing and sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build, launch, and optimize HubSpot marketing campaigns across email, workflows, and landing pages.
  • Manage lead nurturing sequences, list segmentation, and lead scoring models.
  • Create and maintain forms, CTAs, and automated workflows to drive MQL → SQL conversion.
  • Collaborate with sales and product teams to ensure smooth CRM handoff and data hygiene.
  • Track campaign performance, build HubSpot dashboards, and report on engagement metrics.
  • Implement and monitor email deliverability and spam score improvements.
  • Stay current with HubSpot feature updates and best practices in B2B marketing automation.

Requirements

  • 3–4 years of hands-on experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub (campaign management, workflows, automation).
  • Deep understanding of inbound marketing principles and B2B lead nurturing funnels.
  • Experience in email marketing, lifecycle campaigns, and lead scoring.
  • Familiar with UTM tracking, GA4, and attribution dashboards.
  • HubSpot Marketing Software Certification preferred.
  • Exposure to Salesforce or other CRMs is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
