We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Sous Chef to join our team at Bamboo Saa Resort & Spa in Udaipur. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Continental cuisine and 2 to 7 years of experience in the hospitality industry.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Assist the Executive Chef in planning and preparing high-quality menus.
  • Supervise kitchen staff and ensure efficient food preparation and service.
  • Maintain high standards of quality, presentation, and hygiene in the kitchen.
  • Develop and implement new menu ideas and recipes to enhance culinary offerings.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Conduct regular inspections to maintain consistency in taste and quality.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Sous Chef or similar role in a reputable establishment.
  • Strong knowledge of Continental cuisine and cooking techniques.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with kitchen equipment and technology.
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
