**Job Summary**

Famous for its seasonal locally sourced food is looking for a young enthusiastic trainee with a passion for food and with a keen sense of wanting to learn both Indian and continental food. We are a small 14 room boutique hotel in udaipur. Famous for its home grown and locally sourced ingredients are looking for a trainee chef who should be bright, enthusiastic and have love for food
**Qualifications and Skills**
1) Should have basic knowledge of food
2) Should have good communication skills and English is essential

3)Should ensure that all dishes are prepared according to the recipe and to the correct quantity.

4)Should ensure that the section is being kept clean and tidy at all times as per the standards.

5) Should Closely communicate with Restaurant Manager, on special functions, booking, menu item availability, service problems, guest comments and guest preferences.

6) Monitor the presentation of food to ensure that it complies with Bujera Fort standards and set guidelines.

7) Ensure that all stocks are kept under optimum conditions and any anticipated shortages are communicated promptly to the Sous chef or Executive chef

8) Strictly follow all recipes, methods and instructions from the Head Chef.
