  • Prepare and analyze monthly Profit & Loss statements, Balance Sheets, and Ratio Analysis.
  • Manage budget preparation, supplementary budgets, and variance analysis.
  • Maintain accurate financial statements in compliance with statutory and organizational requirements.
  • Conduct cost-benefit analysis (CBA), break-even analysis, and profitability improvement initiatives.
  • Plan and execute all internal and statutory audits.
  • Ensure compliance with Direct and Indirect taxation laws, including GST, TDS, TCS, PT, PF, ESIC, and ROC (MCA) filings.
  • Handle Income Tax Scrutiny and liaise with tax authorities.
  • Prepare and file GST returns, manage GST refunds, and maintain related records.
  • Advise management on tax planning, exemptions, and procedural compliance.
  • Analyze raw material, labor, and inventory costs to identify waste and improve pricing strategies.
  • Conduct stock audits and implement measures to reduce dead stock and optimize WIP inventory utilization.
  • Oversee salary processing, payroll compliance, and statutory deductions in coordination with HR.
  • Hands on experience on ERP systems.
  • Develop and maintain MIS reports for senior management.
  • Conduct regular stock checks and physical inventory verification to ensure accuracy.
