Job Summary
We are looking for a competitive and results-driven Sales Executive to expand our customer base and revenue. The role involves extensive travel across India, interacting with clients face-to-face, and closing deals that align with our business goals. Freshers with strong communication skills and genuine interest in sales/marketing are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and evaluate their needs.
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, social media, and field visits.
- Schedule meetings and present products/services to potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using CRM tools.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events.
- Provide post-sale support and handle customer feedback or complaints.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales or a similar role (preferred, but not mandatory for freshers).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and convincing skills.
- Confident, self-motivated, and target-driven.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office must; knowledge of CRM tools is a plus.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel PAN India frequently and on short notice.
- Educational background in Marketing/Sales is preferred, or strong genuine interest in sales/marketing.
- Technical background (Diploma/B.E.), especially in Dairy Technology, will be given higher preference.
