Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accountant at least having3+ years of experience to manage financial records, ensure compliance with regulations, and support business decision-making. The ideal candidate will handle accounting operations, prepare financial reports, reconcile statements, and maintain accurate records to ensure the company's financial health.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate books of accounts including ledgers, journals, and financial statements.
  • Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as GST, TDS, PF, ESIC, and other tax filings.
  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
  • Monitor company expenses and analyze cost control measures.
  • Coordinate with auditors for internal and statutory audits.
  • Support management in financial decision-making with relevant data and analysis.
  • Maintain confidentiality of financial information.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Commerce, or Finance (Master's/CA/ICWA preferred).
  • 3+ years of work experience as an Accountant or in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, regulations, and standards.
  • Hands-on experience with accounting software (Tally, SAP, QuickBooks, or ERP systems).
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and other financial tools.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
