Team Lead – Transaction Processing

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead a team of analysts in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader who ensures operational excellence, drives efficiency, and motivates the team to deliver with accuracy and speed.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a group of 10–15 analysts, providing guidance, structure, and support.
  • Conduct regular reviews of team output to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Offer continuous coaching and mentoring, helping team members grow in performance and capability.
  • Track performance against established metrics for productivity, accuracy, and turnaround.
  • Collaborate across global teams to resolve escalated issues effectively and quickly.
  • Build expertise in internal platforms and tools to provide timely solutions for operational queries.
  • Identify gaps in processes and introduce improvements that increase efficiency and reduce errors.
  • Encourage a culture of accountability, teamwork, and professional growth.
  • Communicate clearly, positively, and proactively with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Support organizational priorities by contributing to ad-hoc projects and initiatives.
  • Perform quality checks on client-facing systems and oversee the resolution of identified issues.
  • Champion diversity, inclusion, and an environment of respect within the team.

Minimum Qualifications

  • At least 4 years of professional experience, with 1 year or more in a leadership role.
  • Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including building and interpreting formulas.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools.
  • Strong aptitude for quickly learning new systems and teaching others.
  • Demonstrated ability to guide others in resolving complex challenges.
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
  • Comfortable adapting to shifting priorities in a demanding environment.
  • Bachelor's degree required.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior leadership experience in transaction-heavy operations.
  • Advanced Excel knowledge, including macros and data visualization techniques.
