Role & responsibilities

  • Drive end-to-end New Product Development from concept to production.
  • Create and modify 2D/3D designs using AutoCAD, Creo, or NX.
  • Build and manage BOMs (Bill of Materials) accurately.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, Quality, SCM, Manufacturing & Suppliers.
  • Prepare engineering documentation, technical reports, and validation records.
  • Coordinate with vendors/suppliers for prototyping and sample approvals.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Bachelors/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design, or related.
  • 3–5 years' experience in Product Development / R&D / NPD.
  • Strong proficiency in CAD tools (AutoCAD, Creo, or NX).
  • Familiarity with GD&T, manufacturing processes, and product lifecycle management.
  • Excellent communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
