Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Executive Purchase (Solar Industry). The Senior Executive Purchase will be responsible for managing the procurement of solar industry materials, negotiating with suppliers, ensuring timely delivery of components, and maintaining inventory levels. The role also involves coordinating with the engineering and project management teams to meet the project requirements and adherence to budget constraints. The Senior Executive Purchase will also be required to monitor market trends, ensure compliance with relevant regulations, and contribute to the continuous improvement of procurement processes.

Qualifications

  • Strong negotiation, contract management, and vendor relationship skills
  • Extensive experience in procurement and supply chain management, preferably in the solar or renewable energy sector
  • Proficiency in inventory management and understanding of market trends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Strong analytical and budget management skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field; a postgraduate degree or certification in a related area is a plus
  • Experience in ensuring regulatory compliance in procurement processes is beneficial
  • Proficiency in ERP software and other procurement tools
