Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Receptionist located in Thrissur. The Receptionist will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as greeting visitors, managing phone calls, scheduling appointments, and performing clerical duties. Additionally, the role involves maintaining excellent communication and customer service standards to ensure a welcoming environment for patients and visitors.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties
  • Strong Clerical Skills and Communication abilities
  • Exceptional Customer Service skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
  • Experience in a healthcare setting is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent
