Role & responsibilities

  • Drive service sales growth with customers and partners in South region.
  • Manage team to achieve sales, order booking, and collection targets.
  • Promote organizations service offerings, especially digital and modernization (retrofit, revamp, upgrades).
  • Build strong customer and partner relationships to identify new opportunities.
  • Leverage Salesforce (BFO) for funnel management and accurate forecasting.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, KAM, Execution, Tendering) for business maximization.

Preferred candidate profile

7+ years of sales experience in data center/secure power/related industry.

BE/B.Tech in Engineering

MBA preferred.
